2.  We cannot guarantee the availability or prices of holidays and travel featured. All details are subject to change by our partners. The full and final details of your holiday or travel will be confirmed and agreed with you prior to your booking and making any payment.   

3. Holidays, ski packages and flights booked through Holiday-Special.com are governed by Holiday Express (UK) Ltd.'s Terms and Conditions. Should you require any clarification please ask a Holiday Express representative at the time of making your booking. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Hotel reservations can only be booked online. Assistance, guidance and terms can be viewed by clicking on hotels

5. Car hire reservations can only be booked online. Assistance, guidance and terms can be viewed by clicking on car hire

6. Airport parking reservations can only be booked online.  Assistance, guidance and terms can be viewed by accessing the ‘Customer Service Online’ section

Financial Protection: All our partners ensure that online transactions are protected by powerful Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts your credit/debit card number, name and address as it travels through the Internet. If you do not see the SSL advice prior to sending your information do not proceed with your booking.

Holidays, charter flights and ski package sales are handled by Holiday Express (ABTA No. E8585, IATA No. 91214826) retail agents for ATOL holders. Featured Tour Operators are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority in the UK and licensed and fully bonded as a tour operator by the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications in RoI.  In the unlikely event of insolvency, all monies will be secured under the bonding arrangements and any necessary repatriation arrangements made by the appropriate authority.

Under current legislation it is not necessary to hold bonds for individual car hire, airport parking, hotel, golf or villa packages. We advise clients to pay by credit card to avail of some protection in the unlikely event of the provider’s financial failure.
